Section 29

SEC. 29. Repealing Clause. - RA No. 9159, titled "AN Act Converting the J.H. Cerilles Polytechnic College in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Zamboanga del Sur into a State College to be Known as the J.H. Cerilles State College, Appropriating Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes", and all other laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are amended, repealed or modified accordingly.
