Section 28

SEC. 28. Repealing Clause. - Republic Act No. 7664, entitled "An Act Establishing the Aurora State College of Technology and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor", and all other laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, and rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.
