Section 9

SEC. 9. The Secretary. - The Board shall appoint a Secretary who shall serve as such for both the Board and the DISC and shall keep all records and proceedings of meetings of the Board in addition to other duties and responsibilities. The Secretary of the DISC shall serve upon each member of the Board the appropriate notice of Board meetings.
