General Mandate.

Section 2

SEC. 2. General Mandate . - The SSC shall primarily provide both advanced instruction and professional training in agriculture, fisheries, education, marine and maritime studies, engineering, arts and sciences, and other fields of study. It shall promote research and extension services and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
