Existing Powers.

Section 19

SEC. 19. Existing Powers. - Existing mandates, powers, functions, and privileges granted to electric cooperatives under existing laws, including Section 10 of RA No. 10531, shall remain valid and effective, unless expressly repealed by succeeding laws.
