SEC. 8. A new Section 10-A is hereby inserted to read as follows: "SEC. 10-A. Grievance Mechanism. - A grievance committee shall be established within the CHEd and TESDA to investigate and resolve complaints or disputes raised by learners in relation to the implementation of this Act within their respective jurisdictions. Each grievance committee shall include representation from the UniFAST Board. he UniFAST Board, in coordination with the CHED and TESDA, shall promulgate the necessary guidelines, implement the grievance mechanism, and ensure that updated information on the committees, including their procedures, timelines, and available remedies, is publicly accessible."
