Sub-items one to sixteen of Item (d) for the Province of Samar, sub-section (e), Title B, section one of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty, otherwise known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and fifty-three, are hereby amended to read as follows: "(d) For the construction of the municipal building of San Antonio..............................
