Section 1

SECTION 1. No person shall plant, gather or sell "tubli" or other poisonous plants or the fruits thereof without a permit duly issued by the Director of the Bureau of Plant Industry, or his duly authorized representative. A nominal fee may be charged for the issuance of such permit.
