Section 1

SECTION 1. Section fifteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and twenty is amended by inserting between paragraphs (mm) and (nn) thereof the following paragraph: "(mm—1). To provide for the establishment and maintenance of a telephone system, and subject to the provisions of the Public Service Law, to fix the charges for the use of said service."
