Section 8

SEC. 8. The Secretary of Commerce and Industry shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to carry into effect the provisions of this Act and to insure the stable and orderly management and success of the Filipino retail store. The Secretary of Commerce and Industry shall extend such technical information or assistance to any Filipino retailer as he deems necessary to preserve, to protect and promote the objectives of this Act: Provided, however, That said information or assistance shall be without cost on the part of the retail store.
