Creation and composition.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Creation and composition.—For the purpose carrying out the policy enunciated in this Act, there is hereby created a Land Tenure Administration, hereinafte called the Administration, which shall be directly under the control and supervision of and responsible to the President of the Philippines. The Administration shall consist of a Chairman and two members who shall be appointed by the President with the consent of the Commission on Appointments and shall hold office for a period of five years. They may be removed for cause or for incapacity to discharge the duties of their office.
