Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to Monserrat Transportation, Inc., its successors or assigns, a temporary permit to construct, maintain and operate in the cities of Manila, Quezon, and Pasay and in the provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Laguna and Cavite, private fixed point-to-point and land based and land mobile radio stations for the reception and transmission of wireless messages on radio-telegraphy or radio-telephone, each station to be provided with a radio transmitting apparatus and a radio receiving apparatus.
