Section 7

SEC. 7. The Land Tenure Administration shall, upon proper consultation with the "Federation of Tondo Foreshore Land Tenants Association" implement and carry out the provisions of this Act. To this end, the Chairman of said Administration may promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out said provisions.
