SEC. 2. The City Engineer of Manila, with the cooperation of the National Planning Commission or its successors, shall draft the necessary plans for the widening of streets in the Walled City as hereinbelow specified: Cabildo, 26 meters wide; General Luna, 17 meters wide; and Real, 21 meters wide.
