SEC. 9. Section one hundred forty of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 140. Specific tax on firecrackers.—On all firecrackers, there shall be collected for each kilogram a tax of twenty pesos."
