Section 1

SECTION 1. Section twenty-one, subsection (c) of Commonwealth Act Numbered One is hereby amended to read as follows: "The President may attach to regular units or may assign to duty with any component of the Regular Force such number of reserve officers as he may deem necessary. All periods of such duty as do not exceed thirty days annually shall be considered as regular annual training; all periods in excess of thirty days annually shall be classed as extended tours of active duty."
