SEC. 2. Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and seventy-seven is amended by inserting between sections eleven and twelve thereof new sections to be known as section eleven-A, which shall read as follows: "SEC. 11—A. All school income shall be set aside as a special trust fund of each vocational school, to be disposed of for the benefit of the school as the school authorities may deem fit, all existing rules and regulations to the contrary notwithstanding."
