Section 10

SEC. 10. Section nineteen of Republic Act Numbered Eleven hundred and sixty-one is hereby re-designated as section eighteen and is amended so as to read as follows: "SEC. 18. Employee's contribution.—Beginning as of the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month when an employee's compulsory coverage takes effect and every month thereafter during his employment, there shall be deducted and withheld from the monthly compensation of such covered employee a contribution equal to two and a half per centum of his monthly compensation."
