SEC. 5. Upon the organization of the Meat Inspection Board, the balances of appropriations, personnel, equipment, supplies and records of the Division of Veterinary Service, Division of Slaughterhouses and Stockyards, Meat Delivery Service shall be transferred to the Meat Inspection Board.
