Section 6

SEC. 6. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the provisions of this Act. The Commission should render report within a year from the approval of this Act stating the amount needed to pay in cash or in certificates the claims of the veterans and their widows and orphans the claims of the necessary amount may be included in the annual Appropriation Act.
