Purchase of Project Sites Included in Appropriations.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Purchase of Project Sites Included in Appropriations.—Any appropriation herein authorized for any construction project shall be understood as including the acquisition or purchase of sites, if such acquisition or purchase is necessary for the prosecution and completion of the project.
