SEC. 2. The sum of twenty-five thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred fifty-eight. Such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
