Section 3

SEC. 3. The first paragraph of section eleven of the same Act, as amended .is further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 11. Secretary to Mayor.—The Mayor shall appoint one secretary who shall hold office at the pleasure of the Mayor and who shall receive a compensation not exceeding four thousand eight hundred pesos per annum."
