SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said school for the school year nineteen hundred fifty-seven and fifty-eight. The necessary funds for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
