Section 4

SEC. 4. Section three of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred seventeen, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Fifteen hundred and forty-five, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 3. The grantee shall file a bond in the amount of fifty thousand pesos for every radio broadcasting station to guaranty for the full compliance and fulfillment of the conditions under which this permit is granted."
