SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirty nineteen hundred and fifty-seven. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of each year.
