SEC. 7. The members of the Board, except the Commissioner of the National Institute of Science and Technology and the Commissioner of the Philippine Atomic Energy Commission who shall serve as ex officio members without extra compensation, shall receive a per diem of fifty pesos each per session of the Board: Provided, That the monthly total of such per diems for each member shall not exceed two hundred pesos.
