SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred and fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said school for the school year nineteen hundred and fifty-eight to nineteen hundred and fifty-nine. The necessary funds for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
