SECTION 1. The municipality of Tabaco, Province of Albay, is hereby authorized, with the consent of the Secretary of the Interior first had, to acquire by expropriation proceedings for private sale, such land or lands as it may acquire for the establishment of a workmen's barrio in said municipality.
