The Register of Deeds of the Province of Albay as City Register of Deeds of the City of Legazpi.

Section 26

SEC. 26. The Register of Deeds of the Province of Albay as City Register of Deeds of the City of Legazpi.—The Register of Deeds of the Province of Albay shall act as City Register of Deeds ex officio of the City of Legazpi with an additional compensation not exceeding thirty percent of his basic salary payable from the funds of the city.
