Section 1

SECTION 1. Any Filipino citizen who was enlisted and/or commissioned and served during World War I under the allied armed forces and/or who was a member of First Philippine National Guard, either before or after its integration into the Army of the United States of America shall be considered a veteran of World War I. A veteran of World War I shall be entitled to wear such military uniform and decorations on special occasions as may be designated and designed by the Secretary of National Defense after due consultation with duly constituted authorities and recommendation of the First Philippine National Guard Veterans Association.
