SEC 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the operation of the project shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
