Change of Government.

Section 90

SEC. 90. Change of Government.—The city government provided for in this Charter shall be organized on such a date as may be fixed by the President of the Philippines. The incumbent mayor, vice-mayor and members of the municipal council of the Municipality of Cotabato shall continue in office as the mayor, vice-mayor and members of the municipal board of the city, respectively, until their successors shall have been elected and have qualified.
