SECTION 1. The title of Republic Act Numbered Nine- hundred and fifty-two is amended to read as follows: "An Act to establish the Roxas Memorial School of Arts Trades in the Municipality of Kalibo, Province of Aklan, and to authorize the appropriation of funds therefor."
