Section 10

SEC. 10. Article thirty-one of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and eight is hereby amended to read as follows: "ART. 81. Contempts.—A military tribunal may punish any person who commits direct contempt as defined in rules of court: Provided, That such punishment shall in case exceed ten days confinement, or a fine not exceeding two hundred pesos, or both."
