Section 1

SECTION 1. The Gonzaga High School in the Municipality of Gonzaga, Province of Cagayan, is hereby converted into a national rural high school of the Alcala Rural High School type to be known as the Gonzaga National Rural High School. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize the said school accordingly. Upon the organization of the Gonzaga National Rural High School, the assets, liabilities, equipment and record the Gonzaga High School shall be transferred to the Gonzaga National Rural High School.
