Review of the Central Bank's portfolio.
Section 99
SEC. 99. Review of the Central Bank's portfolio.—At least once every month the Monetary Board shall review the portfolio of the Central Bank in relation to the Bank's future credit policy. In reviewing the Central Bank's portfolio, the Monetary Board shall especially consider whether a sufficiently large part of the portfolio consists of assets with early maturities, in order that a contraction in Central Bank credit may be effected promptly whenever the national monetary policy so requires.
