Section 10

SEC. 10. Upon effectivity of this Act, the obligations, funds, assets and other properties of the present province of Surigao shall be divided equitably between the provinces of Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur by the President of the Philippines upon the recommendation of the Auditor General.
