SECTION 1. On page 154 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, item (23) under Group II (Projects for the Second District, Negros Oriental), embraced by subsection c (Re implementation of Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred thirty-six, as amended), is hereby amended to read as follows: "(23) Central Primary School Building, Siquijor— Improvement............P5,000.00."
