Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitios of Guinpoliran, Calubian, Bangon, Caisawan and Julag in the Municipality of Balangkayan, Province of Samar, are converted into barrios of said municipality, to be known as the barrios of Guinpoliran, Calubian, Bangon, Caisawan and Julag, respectively.
