SEC. 2. The title of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "An Act authorizing and approving the transfer of the franchise granted to the Evening News Publishing Co., Inc., by Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred thirty-seven in favor of the Inter-Island Broadcasting Corporation, granting the latter corporation a franchise to construct, operate and maintain radio broadcasting and television stations."
