Section 89

SEC. 89. Ownership of waterworks system, roads, streets, etc.&mdashNotwithstanding the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred eighty-three, all existing waterworks systems shall be owned by the city and all revenues therefrom shall accrue to the general fund of the city. All existing municipal, provincial and national roads, streets, bridges, docks, piers, wharves, machineries, equipment and other public works improvements shall be owned by the city.
