Territory of the City of Legaspi.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Territory of the City of Legaspi.—The City of Legaspi which is hereby created, shall comprise the present territorial jurisdiction of the municipalities of Legaspi and Daraga in the Province of Albay. The President of the Philippines may, by executive order, increase the territory of the City of Legaspi by adding thereto such contiguous barrios or municipalities as may be necessary and desirable in the public interest.
