SEC. 2. Section seven of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 7. Any violation of this Act shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand pesos nor more than two thousand pesos or by imprisonment for not less than one month or more than six months, or both, in the discretion of the court. If the offender is a partnership, corporation or association, the criminal liability shall devolve upon its president, director, or any other official responsible for the violation.
