SEC. 5. Territory of the City of Tacloban.&mdashThe City of Tacloban shall comprise the territorial jurisdiction of the former Municipality of Tacloban in the Province of Leyte and shall be divided, for all administrative and other municipal purposes, into barrios in accordance with Republic Act Numbered Two thousand three hundred and seventy.
