Section 1
SECTION 1. The revolving fund, known as "The Public Land Survey and Subdivision Fund" which has been provided for under Commonwealth Act Numbered Six hundred and thirty and the unexpended balance of which has been transferred to the General Fund in the Philippine Treasury and appropriated for expenditure, in the discretion of the President of the Philippines, for the national defense of, and the protection of the civilian population in, the Philippines under Commonwealth Act Numbered Six hundred and thirty is hereby recreated to enable the Bureau of Lands to undertake the survey, delimitation, and subdivision of lands of the public domain.
