Section 1
SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred fifty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. The Pamplona Redwood Veneer Co., Inc., is hereby granted a franchise to establish, maintain and operate private fixed point-to-point, private coastal, private aeronautical and land-based and land-mobile radio-stations in the City of Manila, in the provinces of Cebu and Cagayan, and in such places within the Philippines where it operates its business and/or the interest of its trade and business activities justify, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, for the transmission and reception of wireless messages on radiotelegraphy or radiotelephony to and from, said stations."
