SECTION 1. There shall be, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a twenty five-bed general hospital in the Municipality of Tuburan, Province of Cebu, to be known as the Tuburan Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be provided by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Tuburan in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
