Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval: Provided, That the additional amounts or premiums for services rendered prior to June sixteen, nineteen hundred fifty-one, payable by an employer which are unpaid as of the approval of this amendatory Act shall be paid by the National Government. Approved, June 17, 1961.
