Annual Report.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Annual Report.—The Secretary of the board shall submit an annual report to the Secretary of Public Works and Communications after the close of each fiscal year giving a detailed account of the proceedings of the Board during the year and embodying such recommendations as the Board may desire to make.
